Valentines Banquet 2010

On February 14th Oswego Christian Church had a Valentines Banquet with a fundraiser dinner to support summer campers.  We had 60 people attend the dinner with several that performed some fantastic talents.  The Beach Bums, Bob Harris, Kent Schenker and Keith Reynolds started out singing their famous hit, Baa, Baa, Bible Lands.  The next talent involved Keith Reynolds calling up several students to the stage to help him with his amazing magic acts.  We also were excited to have Britney Anderson, Shaylea Teel and Zach Garcia come from Mrs. Campbell's English Productions Class to perform some heartwrenching dramas.  While everyone was watching the acts they were served a taco dinner and a dessert.  There were eight kids plus adults who helped with the fundraiser dinner, which brought in $230 so that campers will have a reduced price for camp this summer.  The pictures of the event were taken by Amanda Cantrell, who also had her photo album on display as well.  Thank you to everyone who was able to make this year's Valentines Banquent talent show a great success!!   Thanks Amanda Cantrell for the photos.
