Dear Friends,
Greetings in Christ from Costa Rica, here at the beginning of 2010! We’re off to a roaring start, and it’s “puro verano” (pure summer/dryseason) at the writing of this letter. Allow me just to add a word of thanks to the year-end receipt enclosed with this letter. Whether you are a regular donor, or have felt led this last year to give an extra gift of whatever amount, I want to let you know that it was appreciated this year more than ever. We all are feeling the crunch of the “economic crisis,” and regardless of what that means for each one, your giving toward this ministry has been sacrificial.

The churches in Central America take their “anniversaries” very seriously. I was able to take my family
back to Honduras last June to celebrate 15 years in Tegucigalpa. They have an entire weekend of activities and services, complete with dramas, games, food, etc.
